A man of many accolades, Dr. Ng Weng Seng holds a Bachelor Degree and Master in Science, Doctorate in Civil Engineering, a Doctorate in Business Administration and Post Graduate Diploma in International Arbitration. He also serves as a panel Arbitrator in The Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators.
